Iron & Wine - Such Great Heights
This blog was born when this year was born. 2008 seems to be a year with too many of life's pitch marks. For one obvious one, I hit 2 next year (much to Aaron's jest). It is also this year that I made progress in accepting that I'm growing up. I have stretched myself very far this year in many ways, I have many things to say. They will go onto paper and for once this year, procrastination will not stop me.
7 moments I loved in 2008
(I mean.... There are so many?! So if you think you had a better moment with me than some of these, please understand!)
Spending time with Jon (so many; watching sky darken, prawning, lying side by side in silence; paper aeroplanes; we went everywhere and did everything together) especially after the rain at the playground on my birthday
When Feinstein curses at technology (I'm a fan of his mind)
Miko and I on the phone for hours
When God was SO real it was like He was right beside me almost physically (countless x)
That time Timothy and I got caught in a traffic jam in his car at night
Wenqiang and I laughing ourselves nauseous,
When a butterfly landed on my finger at the fields
Aimless adventures with Tiffany at the beginning of the year
......AND of course having pussycat time with my girlfriends!!! Wondeful everday!
